  • Yes, of course! Once you have signed up for our services, your designer will arrange a personal chat with you via video web, and also when presenting your designs. Also during the process you will be given access to a personal design portal, as well as the designers or email. Our service is designed to feel personal and reassuring, ensuring you always experience friendly and supportive customer service.

  • To ensure that your designer fully understands your needs and style preferences, the process begins with a short questionnaire. After completing this, your designer will reach out to discuss the essentials of your project. You can choose to have this discussion via a video call, or through email, depending on your preference.

  • We will send you an email with a link that will open a personal portal for you to see the designs and leave your comments that the designer will answer, or ask the designer if you can have a video call.

  • We provide you with a package to set you up with inspiring designs and, the layout of the room. Also, provide links to all the shoppable items and notes on how to set up the room. The actual implementation of the design is up to you; you can choose to set up the room yourself or hire a local tradesman to handle tasks like decorating and putting up shelves.

  • While Wowedesign does not directly recommend local tradesmen, we recommend using services like Thumbtack or Yelp to find skilled professionals who can assist you. These platforms offer a wide range of experts in decoration and installation, allowing you to find the right help for your project.

  • Yes, of course! To include your existing furniture in the room plan, simply send us photos of the furniture pieces you wish to incorporate, along with their measurements. Please provide the height, width, and depth of each piece. This will help us tailor the design to seamlessly integrate your current furnishings.

  • Great designs often feature custom pieces, such as built-in bookcases, shelving, or minibars. If you wish to add a custom furniture piece to your plan, the designer can first design it, and incorporate it with specific measurements. This service is available at an extra cost, which will be discussed with Nicola. Once finalized, you can provide these detailed plans to your local tradesman to construct the piece.

  • Payment for your design package is required before the commencement of the project. Once you have discussed your needs with the designer, and signed a contract indicating your approval and desire to proceed, you will receive an invoice. This invoice can be paid securely through our design portal using Stripe, PayPal, or a direct bank transfer.

  • The price of the design package does not include sales tax. Therefore, you may be required to pay sales tax based on the state where you reside.

  • The designer makes the shopping list with shoppable links, and you, the customer, makes the purchases. We advise you to purchase the items as soon as you are happy with the design package to secure availability due to the individual retailers

  • While all the items we recommend are carefully chosen to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic of the room, the final decision on whether to purchase these items is yours. We will try our best to stay in the budget you initially provided although some products can increase in price. When creating the shopping list, all items are checked for availability. If an item is low in stock, the designer will notify you, and it is advisable to purchase it once the design is approved by you. However, if the item becomes out of stock the designer will assist in finding an alternative for up to two weeks after you receive your shopping list. Requests beyond this two-week period may incur additional charges at an hourly rate.

  • As the customer, it is your responsibility to handle returns and address any issues such as breakages with the individual retailer, according to their return policies. You will also need to pay for any shipping and installation costs associated with the items. However, you will have the opportunity to review and approve all items on the final shopping list before agreeing to any purchases, ensuring you are informed about what you are buying and any associated costs.

  • After your design project is completed, the designer will reach out to you via email to ensure your satisfaction with the final outcome. During this follow-up, you will be invited to discuss any remaining questions or doubts you may have. Additionally, the designer will encourage you to share pictures of your finished room and provide a review of your experience, should you choose to do so.

  • At Wowedesign, we work closely with you to ensure that you receive designs you will love. However, if you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will offer a redesign to ensure your happiness with the project. If you decide to purchase a package and then change your mind before the design work begins, we offer refunds. Alternatively, if you purchase but find that the timing is not right, you have the option to pause the project and restart it whenever you are ready. There will be a fee of $150 to place a project onhold that has already started.

  • Wowedesign specializes in online interior design and does not conduct home visits to check for electrical and plumbing points, which are crucial for kitchen and bathroom designs. For kitchens, we recommend partnering with a local kitchen cabinet company. Our role will be to collaborate with them to ensure your kitchen is functionally designed to meet your personal needs, with selections and finishes tailored to your taste, also we can integrate your builder in the process.

  • While Wowedesign offers online interior design services, bathroom designs typically require special attention to electrical and plumbing details, necessitating a house visit. As I am unable to visit your home, I recommend seeking a local company that specializes in bathroom installations. Wowedesign can still provide design direction and create detailed drawings with finish selections to ensure your bathroom meets your aesthetic and functional needs.
