This beautiful condo in Scottsdale Arizona looks over a stunning lake with a balcony to admire it from. Ms. Tood rents this condo that has a value of $335,000 with the intention and option to buy. Her job is as an estate agent so she had the first hand on this property knowing that if she doesn’t buy she would lose a great investment. Her Boyfriend lives quite far away so he also intends to move in with her.

The most appealing part of the condo was the large windows that let in the light and let you see the view at all times. She liked the open space and the white unit kitchen cabinets. The gas fireplace is also a nice feature that would not get much use but liked the fact that it featured the room. The room is a fresh canvas and just needed a refresh.

After the project

The style that Ms. Todd chose was Boho and she felt it was relaxing especially with the green plants that stand out against the white walls. The furniture is made of natural products such as wood, Ratton, whicker, glass. The condo feels more spacious with light furniture and white walls. There is plenty of storage and a large dining table for her to entertain. The best part of the condo is when she can sit out on her balcony after a busy day at work and have a glass of wine looking at the amazing view. The furniture on the balcony was also included in the design.
